State College Family Chiropractic Center History
State College Family Chiropractic Center has been a trusted presence in the heart of State College for decades — a community-focused practice dedicated to whole-family care, patient education, and hands-on treatment. Located on West Beaver Avenue, our clinic serves newborns, student-athletes, busy families, and retirees with individualized care plans and practical movement guidance.
Our modern identity began taking shape in 2000 when Dr. John Scipione, Jr., a Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, joined his father in practice and established family-centered chiropractic care as our hallmark. For more than two decades, Dr. Scipione has been a familiar and trusted face in the State College community, known for combining traditional chiropractic techniques with clear, patient-focused education.
Patients consistently highlight our excellent care, approachable team, family-friendly atmosphere, and convenient location.
Today, we continue to provide hands-on adjustments, therapeutic massage, and movement education while maintaining accessible hours and an unwavering commitment to patient learning. With a multi-doctor team that blends seasoned experience and fresh clinical training, we are well-positioned to serve State College families for generations — balancing proven chiropractic methods with modern therapies and a patient-first philosophy.
