Chiropractic for Hip Pain and Mobility

Hip stiffness or pain may stem from joint misalignment or muscle imbalance. Chiropractic care restores movement and relieves strain.

Your hips are key to nearly every movement—walking, sitting, squatting, even sleeping. When hip joints are misaligned or surrounding muscles are imbalanced, it can lead to pain, stiffness, and limited mobility. Over time, this may cause compensation in the low back or knees.

Chiropractic care addresses hip pain at its root. We assess joint alignment, pelvic balance, and muscular tension. By correcting misalignments in the pelvis, lumbar spine, and sacroiliac (SI) joints, we relieve pain and improve function.

At State College Family Chiropractic Center, we combine adjustments with soft tissue release and corrective exercises to improve hip mechanics and long-term comfort.
